I 'Heart' Indie
Bradford based I ‘Heart’ Indie was born out of the pure frustration of having nowhere local for Amanda and Craig Bullock, the owners, to go and enjoy a relaxed environment coupled with brand new and also established unsigned talent.
However, they use the word indie loosely…. They will showcase any genre… But don’t expect to hear cover bands, or Oasis/Arctic Monkey’s wannabees on their line up… It’s all about individuality and originality
They have quickly made their mark on the scene in Bradford from starting in the cellar bar of a public house on the outskirts of the City to now hosting their regular nights in the established Gasworks Venue in the city centre, and attract band enquiries from all over the North of the UK.
They pride themselves on a ‘quality of the sound over quantity of the pound’ approach to all their shows, giving the acts the best in sound equipment, lighting and engineers.
Each event is run with efficiency and they give every act the professional treatment they deserve.
They have a wealth of knowledge in the event industry having managed events for Global Gathering, Lost Vagueness (Glastonbury), The Brit Awards and MOBO Awards to name but a few.
They branched out to Artist Management in 2010 as a favour to a friend and now have 3 very promising acts under their guidance.
Ask anybody who knows them and they’ll tell you that unsigned talent is their passion.
